Booking & Payment

All reservations at The Terra Lodge are subject to availability and are confirmed with a valid payment method at the time of booking. Rates, taxes, and fees are payable in full according to the booking details shown at checkout. Cashless payment is required unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, early departures, and no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay.

House Rules & Liability

Guests must follow all posted hotel rules, respect quiet hours, and use amenities responsibly. The Terra Lodge is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items, and guests may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or violations of hotel policy. By staying at the property, guests agree to comply with local regulations and all safety requirements during their visit.
